Zandra Healthcare formed an Independent Ethics Committee in Jul 2021; our purpose is to review research protocols initiated by the Institution and protocols of Investigator/ Sponsor initiated studies outside the Institution.

Ethics Committee Registration No. for ZanEthics is ECR/348/Indt/MH/2021

We meet once a month, subject to availability of full quorum.

We issue the decision letter within 5 working days of the review meeting.

  1. Cover Letter.
  2. Clinical Study protocol.
  3. Informed Consent Form & Patient’s Information Sheet for all investigators (English and translated in National language and at least one local language).
  4. Case Report Form.
  5. Investigator Undertaking.
    CV, Medical Council and ICH-GCP Certificate of Principal Investigator.
  6. Details of compensation to participant.
  7. Insurance Policy or ‘No Fault’ Compensation Undertaking.
  8. Research participant’s recruitment procedures (advertisement, notices).
  9. Authenticity of Translation.
    Certificate of Analysis (If any).
  10. Other ethical approval(s) (if any).
  11. All significant previous decisions of IEC with reasons and changes made to the protocol if any.

We require one set of hard copy and one set of soft copy (over a single email).
